Sunday 25th February saw Holmes Mill transform into bridal heaven! Every supplier on the day pulled out all the stops to have one fantastic event!
The event was in full capacity with brides and their girls and the atmosphere on the day was amazing. I want to say a massive thank you to all who attended the event. The feedback after the show has been incredible and has definitely confirmed it will be an annual event to showcase the new collection of dresses!
The start of the event allowed brides to browse and talk to my amazing suppliers who came along and helped on the day to assist plan their wedding. A welcome talk from myself was given followed by an information talk from my VIP Helen Eriksen, who recently won Wedding Planner of 2018 from the Wedding Industry Awards. Helen gave brides an insight to the things we sometimes miss when wedding planning which was very useful information.
SIX15 events then got the party started by performing LIVE on stage – Tom Da Lips on Sax and Kami C on percussion. These guys are high in demand all over the world and if you were there, you can agree, they are amazing!!! They brought the roof down (nearly literally) with their amazing sounds.
The Kimberley Anne girls looked absolutely amazing on the catwalk. Hair and Make Up was provided by the talented duo Nala & Knot.
Each girl wore different dresses by a range of designers stocked in the boutique from Caroline Castigliano, Dando London, Catherine Deane, Charlotte Balbier, Felicity Cooper Bridal plus the reveal of our newest designer, Nicki Flynn.
Below is Megan, aka Miss Liverpool, strutting her way down the catwalk in Covent Garden by Dando London.
All the girls had their hair & make up by Nala & Knot.
Marry Me Films had their cameras in action on the day and captured the highlights of the day in a short film edit.
I can’t wait to get started on next year’s event when the new 2019 dresses arrive into the boutique later this year. If you’re a late 2019/2020 + bride then make sure you free your diary end of February for another fantastic event!
