It’s that time of year again when London Bridal Week soon comes around and we’re shopping for next year’s collections!
This year has thrown me a bit off guard as they decided to move the White Gallery forward from May to March to coincide the event with London Bridal Week which means my buying trip has come 2 months too early!!!
It seems crazy deciding on dresses for 2019 so early in the year however bridal world is always ahead of the game and in reality the dresses don’t start arriving into the boutique until late Autumn however it’s a good way of seeing what is to come for the trends next year.
We arrived into London on Saturday evening ready for an early start on Sunday morning. As all my designers are British it is great to have them all in one place to catch up and view their new collections.
Caroline’s new collection The Power Of Love was absolutely stunning. Still keeping to her clean lines with luxurious design and fabrics it was so difficult narrowing down the selection.
Christine Dando’s Goddess and Passion collections are just incredible. She has introduced a few more A-line/ballgown dresses to her Goddess collection which was great to see but this year we have invested in the Passion collection which are just jaw-dropping beautiful. Low backs, detailed backs, lace trains… you name it!
Catherine Deane did not disappoint, with one of her biggest collection yet… there were just so many beautiful pieces to choose from. Silky satins and luxurious tulle… decisions decisions!
Within this collection we decided to expand on the separates range so keep an eye out some more new and exciting pieces!
All the new 2019 collections will start arriving in the boutique from late Summer… all updates will be on the website and social media!
Please remember to book in advance for weekend appointments.
